Is there a minimum order?
No. In-stock pieces ship from 1 piece. Custom pieces can be ordered in small batches and ship on our monthly container to Northern California. Larger projects can order a full container at our best factory-direct pricing.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders typically take 2.5 to 3 months from approval to arrival at our California warehouse, including production and ocean freight. We confirm the lead time in writing before you approve.
Do I have to handle import or customs?
No. We handle ocean freight, customs clearance and duty. Container orders are priced delivered to our U.S. warehouse; delivery to your site is quoted separately.
Can I see samples before ordering?
Yes. We provide fabric, leather and finish swatches, and you are welcome to visit our showroom in San Jose by appointment.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the contiguous United States. Large pieces ship by LTL freight and smaller pieces by FedEx. Local clients can pick up at our San Leandro warehouse, Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
What warranty do you offer?
LUXMOD furniture comes with a 1-year warranty.
